About Babu

Babu Das was born and brought up in Falakata, West Bengal, India. He completed his B.Sc. from Alipurduar College in 2021 and his M.Sc. from the University of North Bengal in 2023. A CSIR-UGC NET JRF (2025) and GATE (2026) qualified researcher, he joined IIT Bombay as a Project Research Assistant in May 2026. Outside of the laboratory, he enjoys cooking and watching science fiction movies.
