My work focuses on designing efficient, environmentally friendly chemical transformations that minimize waste and energy use and thus bringing together creativity, precision, and purpose.

Dr. Pushkar is a highly motivated and enthusiastic scientist. He works on methodology development and development of sustainable and scalable reaction designing. His current research focuses on developing novel catalytic frameworks for carrying out various asymmetric reactions.

Babu is a young and enthusiastic chemist who is interested in carboxylation reactions, asymmetric catalysis and photocatalytic reactions.
